CHATHAM  SQUARE  INFORMATION

Built in 1963 with quality brick construction and Grand Manor roofing, Chatham Square is ideally located just in Henrico County but extremely close to all the amenities found in the Westhampton area. The secured 10+ acre property is beautifully landscaped and maintained and includes two large terraces with fountains and many garden beds. The privacy afforded to all and the collegial atmosphere of this small gem of a neighborhood is prized by its residents and coveted by many. There is a Spring Annual Meeting and Party off-site and weekly BYOB Summer cocktail parties as well as a catered Fall Outdoor Dinner at the upper fountain terrace.

The guardhouse is manned 24 hours a day and the gate is shut at dusk. Cars are logged in, visitor passes are given out, and FedEx and UPS packages can be collected for you if you are on vacation.
